Slurpee boosted the next generation of hip hop artist by partnering with Flo Milli to create a Slurpee-inspired summer banger.
The Song & Music Video
We partnered with rapper Flo Milli, Grammy-winning producing duo Nova Wav, director Warren Fu, and rising rap stars Maiya The Don, Kari Faux, and 2Rare to create a song and music video that celebrate Slurpee’s infectious flow.
The song earned over 2.8 million streams on Spotify and was the first ever branded song to be organically featured on RapCaviar, one of Spotify’s most popular playlists.
#FlowLikeSlurpee Contest
The song dropped, and so did an open verse contest on TikTok and Instagram. Undiscovered rappers who participated had the chance to be featured on the remix of Anything Flows.
Over the next 2 weeks, hundreds of aspiring artists entered the contest. L.A.-based musician Rhyan Besco was selected as the winner. He recorded his verse for the remix at Jungle Studios in New York.
A few months later, Rhyan opened for Flo Milli at her sold out Brooklyn, NY show.
